Founder Anne McGrath has  20+ years of strategic leadership and brand-building experience, spanning marketing communications, consulting, consumer research, and Hollywood.

Anne is true story-finder, whose powers of observation and intuition help her uncover and express compelling insights for her clients. She is expert in many areas: qualitative research, insight analysis, strategic planning, defining brand vision and integrity, inspiring the creative process, uncovering core drivers of brand attachment, and inteviewing specialty audiences (thought leaders, B2B, physicians, C-suite executives).

Anne has significant research and brand-building experience for the world’s leading brands. Sector specialties include CPG, financial services, healthcare, luxury, and media/entertainment.

Before starting her own company, Anne held senior management roles at Firefly Millward Brown (formerly Greenfield Consulting Group) and Synovate Qualitative. She was head of publishing at DreamWorks SKG and VP Licensed Publishing & Creative Development at The Walt Disney Company. She has also held leadership roles for top advertising agencies.  She founded I N N E R / B R A N D solutions in 2012.

Anne has B.A. from Harvard College and an M.A. from Cambridge University (England).
